Initial Assessment

Every plan starts with a detailed movement and strength assessment using VALD technology. We measure what matters, mobility, asymmetries, and power to build your personalized roadmap.

Rebuild

You’ll work one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy to restore movement, strength, and confidence. This includes manual therapy, dry needling, and performance-based rehab tailored to your sport.

Perform

We collaborate with your coaching staff. Pitching, hitting, strength, or skills, to make sure your body and your game are in sync. You’ll also track training, recovery, and habits through the Valen app for constant feedback.
